? As a retired pensioner I often get days confused as they blend into one another without work to structure my life. Holiday periods are similar to that often I think, the normal routines get blurred
So I better keep working, then! ?
Fortunately I am off this Sunday to watch us play Palace.

Daughter is working Christmas day so has invited the missus and I for Christmas tea.

Not wishing to see all the money and time she would've spent providing tasty nibbles for said event, I said we'd cook the full traditional Christmas Dinner on boxing day for her and the grandchildren to come to ours after she finishes work at 2.30 p.m

Missus told her, dinner at 4 p.m, I'm heavily involved with cooking this sucka, and now, now they whack us on live at 3 , just as we reach the crucial cooking stage.

Inconsiderate toss pots.
Sounds like an iPad, headphones job.

Ticket demand for this is definitely down. Me and my mates group of 4 seats together in the south lower still haven’t sold on the exchange.

It’s not a new phenomenon. Demand for Boxing Day games is always lower from fans outside of London because trains aren’t running.

@Westmorlandspur is spot on - just seen the BT Sport schedule and we are indeed on at 3PM on Sunday.

I’ll conveniently have that channel on in the background throughout the festivities and the Boxing Day dinner while positioning myself strategically at the dinner table.

Merry Christmas all!

Wonder if he's planning to use Kane for both these matches after the 90 vs West Ham, and risk burning him out / injuring him. I guess he has to, but wonder if he might consider a mobile Son / Bergwijn / Lucas forward line for Palace and bring Kane on in the second half.

Definitely have to rest him at some point. Too many games in a short period.

Sun 26th Palace
Tue 28th Southampton
Sat 1st Jan Watford
Tue 4th Chelsea

It was at Southampton around this time of year where he picked up that bad hamstring injury. Maybe only give him 30 mins for that one ? Alternatively rest him v Watford.

Game on TV , thousands of seats on TE, still some blue dots on the ticket map unsold from the membership allocation, covid rates amongst locals in WHL area very high and no trains , 45,000 at Liverpool game so could be lower than that.
Expecting full squad use on this one might even see Lo Celso.

Id certainly be looking to rest Kane for the southampton game but a good option will be to try and put our effort into finishing Palace in that first half.

They have Norwich at home on the 28th, if we can put them to the sword early, I think their attention will quickly turn to those possible 3 points and we can take Kane off after an hour perhaps.

I'm already going to the game so I just had a look out of interest based on this post. There are loads of pink seats, can I assume those are the ones listed for Ticket Exchange? I bought my tickets on 7 December and the seats were selling well to the point that I couldn't get three together in the area I wanted so that is a massive change in two weeks. In general do people who list their tickets still tend not to go even if they don't sell them or do they make a late call?

I think it is just covid impact. I've missed the last two games as just not comfortable going in a crowd and impacting my family over Christmas.
Going on boxing day though as having my pre travel covid test in the morning and fly back home on the 28th so want to get a last game in before!

I’m at the in-laws Boxing Day so will record and watch in the evening. They’re not into sport of any kind so will be easy for me to avoid updates and give me a reason to survive the mother-in-law’s cooking. COYS
We were due to be, but now with covid we are not. Would still have been watching it though, now i just have to be quiet lol
