Wasn't impressed by Chelsea.

They pressed us well and we responded by getting too aggressive and stupid.

We keep our cool and have a 10 minute period of just controlling the game, we grow and get back at them.

But going down to 10 fucked that

Completely disagree. Nine men, many of whom playing out of position, worked their bollocks off and nearly got something for it. Sign that we’ve more than bits and pieces; we’re a unit.
I meant more in the sense of going forward. Those injuries and suspensions are gutting.

Madness. Just have to take those ones sometimes and move on. Thought Son was going to equalise at the end! 😆

Bad result, and even worse that we will now be without 3/4 players for the next game/s also.
If the likes of Dier, Emerson, and Hojbjerg play with the heart that they did today, we'll be fine.

To a man I am so proud of us tonight.

Same mate. Just disappointed with Romero tbh that’s it and the injuries are a killer but such is life / football.
I think some are being too harsh with Romero... it's a Derby they psyched up for the game. I'm proud of everyone of the players. Destiny is young and he will learn from this. Romero went for and got the ball... I'll give him the benefit here.

That reignited my love for football in a big way seeing the bravery on display there from the players. Chelsea won the match but we have taken more from that game with the spirit shown.

Major props to Dier and Hojbjerg, players who could have been sulking for where they find themselves in the pecking order but came in and played well considering the circumstances.

Feel sick after that. I’ve never seen a team win so undeserved. Such a vile, grubby little football club, a bunch of mercenaries and scumbags, led by a man who deserved to walk away with absolutely nothing.

Fuck Chelsea. They will always be the most hated club in football.

the amount of moaners about the high line would have been the moaners about sitting back.

the message on approaching this since we went to 9 was just as important as the result - shows the players when Ange says he wants to play this way, he bloody means it.
I love how daring we are but that was a mad decision. The only reason the scoreline was respectable until injury time is because of how dumb and inept Chelsea were. They had about 200 opportunities to play someone through but they refused the pass or got it woefully wrong. Hard to justify that decision with 9 men for me

But fair play to the players (Romero aside). Couldn't have done much more.

The result sucks but losing VdV for months and Maddison, even just for a few games, is what really sucks.

Well done to the players who stayed on the pitch, they tried until the death at least. Dier and PEH did really well

Just waiting for the same pundits that said Liverpool res was harsh, to say Romero deserved a red. No one cares about “small” Spurs. Refs been waiting on this opertunity
