What's most disappointing here is the perceived lack of energy. Players pretty static off the ball.
Ange needs to make a change at HT, but make a statement with it. So one of Scarlett or Moore maybe Kulu (I think he gets too much stick but has really been disappointing today). Son out left if Scarlett comes on.

Kulu is just a body on the left.

Don't expect (or want) to see him second half.

Definitely not on the left at least

Would love to see the passing accuracy of our players at half time. So unbelievably sloppy and if Ange wants us to play this way, we can't afford to be so sloppy on the ball. Simple passes missing targets, taking the wrong options and attempting a Hollywood pass when there is no need.

Still bitterly dissapointed not to see a Bentancur + Lo Celso starting tandem.

Another half of football being let down by our front 3. Not that bad from Sonny, considering he is out of position, but my patience with Johnson and Kulu is running thin.

It’s amazing how many times since Christmas that we could genuinely hook at least 3 players at half time of a match and they could have no complaints. Kulu, Madders and Son have been woeful

God that was dull. With Bissouma and Maddison out of form we don't have the ability to play through sides. Our left side is really looking out of place as well.

Bring Lo Celso on for Sarr and either switch Maddison and Kulu or get someone on to replace Kulu.

it is so frustrating to see every premier league team so much better and agressive in the press than us, we are headless chickens without the ball. I strugle to enjoy the good thins we do, because it is ruined 2 seconds later when we stay like poles and not press together
Doesn't help that our best pressing players are some of the worst when it comes to passing or pace. We just lack players that can play this style of football, especially in attack. Not sure how many more times we have to see Kulusevski out wide to deduce that he can't play it in this system.

so many of our attacks break down at the edge of the opposition box.
That’s the frustrating thing. How they just kinda fizzle out.

He's been put there because he's left footed, but he's not fast enough to beat a man, and usually his hold up involves him driving inside. He can't do that on the left so ends up driving backwards and (today) losing the ball!

How are we not beating these? Decision making is shocking in the final third. Passing is off target too often. Sarr looks the only one with any energy. Nice goal from Porro but poor first half again. It just feels like back when we would finish mid table and play through the motions final few games. Never known the opposition give the ball away so much from the back so we should be all over that.

Our players are either short on confidence or totally brain dead at times.

If its not on, move the ball, if it is, shoot or play the player in.

We don't look like we can retain the ball in attack..

Son gets it and it step over, see if can shoot, hold onto it too long until it gets taken off them

Whether it be pushing Porro up to right forward, Scarlett coming on, Son moving to left forward or even Gil coming… we can’t continue with the same 3 lifeless forwards in the second half.

Lo Celso for Sarr or Maddison would help as well.

Well that's the end of our best chances since I'm guessing Murić will be told at half time not to keep giving the ball to us like the start of some training drill.

I’d consider Gio for Sarr, not because Sarr has been particularly poor or anything but I think we could do with two attack minded mids in tbf centre of the pitch.
I’d get GLC on for Deki, if we haven’t got a winger/attacker then at least get someone on that can pass, control a ball and press. This would have to be among the worst front three in the league the way they’re playing.
