We have exactly one player who tries to grab ahold of games and dictate play - unfortunately that is Romero, and its tough to do from CB.

We MUST get a CM this summer who has that capability.

Have to imagine with proper balance to the team we will look better.

Burnley targeting space around Skipp, which is complicating things.

Think I'd switch Kulu to the centre and move Son out left. Kulu at least has a physical presence and would do a better job of holding up the ball with his back to goal.

What about moving Romero to DM? Feel like he could do decently there actually

Bergvall will end up as one eventually, could be too soon for him next year though.

I’d be open to pushing Romero as a 6 with Dragusin behind to at least explore that as a viable option.

Kulusevski right now is playing his way out of this team.

Sarr and Madders were in the box free and it was an easy pass.
They were behind the game. They only got there after it had all unfolded. Easy to say when you're watching on TV. From his angle and time frame the only options he'd of seen were to shoot and the pass to Son. Don't even think the other two were in the box when he hit the shot.

Yeah I just checked... They weren't when he shot. Sarr was the only possible pass but even then I think the shot was the better choice as it wasn't as if Sarr would have had an open goal and it wasn't as easy a pass.

I’m never one for the “youth players must be better than what we are showing” type of patter, as 95% of the time it’s just not true. That said I fail to see how Mikey Moore could do any worse than Kulu today.
