It's like they need to be told off before they play with any urgency.

Some of these players just need binning. Central midfield is a mammoth issue. I know you’ve got to rotate with lots of games, but Sissoko, Winks and Dier are just not cutting the mustard and I think Jose needs to try something different which doesn’t involve a pair of those Sunday leaguers...

I actually don’t like this team at all. Am I ok to say that? Aurier, Sissoko, Moura, Alli, winks, just wank.

How the hell does NDombele not get into this midfield? 60 min from him > 90 minutes from Dier, Winks, and Sissoko.

Im always envious of clubs that make the most from set plays. Seems like we've literally never been bothered about utilising them. So frustrating, clubs like Brighton etc all make great use of them and are very well drilled. Wish we took them as seriously. In fact, i wish we were as well drilled as Brighton are in general at this point.

Harry Kane having to come back in his own half to get the ball...

Not the best use of a striker eh.

The problem is midfield. It's simply shocking. No base
We already know for years the Winks - Sissoko combo does not work. We addressed that in the summer. by buying two excellent, promising midfielders. Yet we don't play them. Simply baffles me.

VAR really is a massive joke. First Kane gets dissallowed for an offside decision, where he may be 0.5-1 inch over the line measured by tech with an 10-20 inch margin of error. Then VAR doesnt intervene when brighton score from a freekick earned of a blatant dive. ?

We mught be shit - but VAR is human centepede shit

Goes to show the necessity for quality delivery from set pieces. Such a weapon and one we waste over and over again
