As a young keeper who's just making his first national team squads, I guess he'd ride the bench for the remainder of the season in which he got sent to it, but not longer.

Could be a season of low-confidence goalkeeping if neither he nor the new guy establishes themselves as No. 1 quickly.

Son was a bit tired - but no where near needing to be benched for a "few" games - with a couple Assists...

There is a fluency awaiting to be fully unleashed. Just killer composed finishes needed.
