I did prefer the 'back 3' with Dier on the pitch. In possession he'd move into midfield. Without Dier would drop to make the back three.

Much more fluid

Agree, as the team has the ability to transition it's formation as the game ebbs and flows. My main issue with this, is there is less opportunity to keep the ball up top with less people up top. Which makes a goal slightly less likely? Perhaps Poch is tying to see out the game without conceding?

Good stuff from Foyth and Aurier. This doesn't seem to be Eriksen's night but plenty of time for him to do something.

I don't think this policy of totally neglecting centre midfield is a recipe for success. We've offered almost nothing going forward.

Really missing Demebele.
Winks has done well to try and up the tempo the last 10 mins. It's the others like Lucas unable to continue the good work.
