That would require that our forwards receive the ball in areas where they can shoot. That hasn't been happening more than once or twice a match. They're prowling around in front of the back four, but there are no penetrating through balls and most of the zillion crosses from the right are delayed so long that everyone is marked.
If they remain static and predictable they won't receive any passes. If Maupay
and Pukki can get shots playing for their teams with worse teammates then our guys should have no problems either.

Glad to see I'm not the only one completely uninspired with that lineup. I'm going to go for 0-2 maybe even 0-3.

I'm not saying it's ok to lose. I more so mean, if we were to lose, I would rather it be a game like this than one with higher stakes. Losing happens, we can't win them all. So I'd rather lose a game in a season we are both shit then lose in a match battling for top 4.

I'm not on the "Jose out" team. I'd rather wait a season and see what he can do starting fresh and with a few new players coming in. This squad is not going to do well no matter the manager IMO. The players have grown tired of playing without new players and things have gone stale. A new manager will not fix that without time and new players coming in.
I've given Jose a chance every game. I can't take it anymore. Yes he has experience but my experience is worse!

I have to say, not a huge fan of all the comments about “it’s not about finishing above Arsenal”, “Arsenal aren’t our biggest rivals” just before the NLD. The players shouldn’t need the fans in the stadium to be motivated for this game. I’d like them to be seeing this as an opportunity to finish as high as we can and a marker for next season, just like City did when they stuffed Liverpool.
If we finish 8th and they finish 9th, I take no real pleasure in that.

Ultimately, we've both done shit domestically.

I see Sky have gone with the dumb and dumber approach in the studio today.

Guaranteed that Sissoko spends most of his time pointing. Moura and Son spend most of their time bumbling and Harry continues his great form as our defensive leader in this game.

Freund. Zokora.
Remember being dismayed by Zokora. But although my memory's just impressions rather than particular plays, that far back, I don't remember being beaten down so far that him completing very simple passes was a relief.

Still, that's quite far back. 15 years of improvement relinquished.

Not quite feeling it today. Contemplating if I wanna go for a long walk or drink today.

Doesn't have to be an either / or choice. Multitask. And then hide in a ditch to avoid the result.
