Vincent Janssen, meanwhile, is undergoing rehab for an ankle problem and is expected to return to training next week. :wideyed:

With the player we have fit I can see us reverting to a back 3 for this one. Not sure of the exact starting line up but I’d do something like-

Lloris
Sanchez, foyth, verts
Trippier, winks, Sissoko, Davies
Eriksen
Lucas, son

Subs- Gazza, kwp, toby, rose, wanyama, skipp, Llorente

Hopefully we can go a couple up early and give the likes or eriksen and son a rest ahead of the midweek match

I'd rather double-up with fullbacks - KWP ahead of Trippier or Rose ahead of Davies. I think 3 CBs at home will only serve to stultify our attacks.

Once again injuries have ravaged us this season. Why does this never seem to happen to Liverpool, Chelsea or City? So unlucky.
