Got mine too eventually, website loaded. Was refreshing the whole time and still managed to miss the seats I wanted. I mean ffs

Yeah, I got the website loaded, but as I wanted Family ticket I couldn't just pick seats. I wanted near front for the kids, and website was giving me rown 28!
No issue on the phone. Bloke even said not row 1 or 2 due to obstructed views!
