You still have to get to WHL so you have to take that price away .
The club will run window licker specials anyway.
If you live in Nw London ,mk isn't going to be an issue.

I'm in SW London (well Kingston) and just checked National Rail and it's £30 return from my local station. The travelcard to WHL is about £9, which I use up anyway as I tend to be out in London most weekends so it's basically an extra £30 a game. My match ticket averages out at £50 a game so it's quite a lot to add on (too much for me to be honest as I'm already at the limit of how much I want to spend on football each season).

As much as mk suits me,is there a viable London solution.
One could be is that,I don't think we need a new stadium, knock down the each and west stand and build 20k stands but that doesn't suit the ENIC model.

People need to get to Euston first. If i didn't work in the city and have a rail card it would cost me £17 return from my house into London terminals. £17 + £15 = £32 so he's pretty right.

Thing is for me it's the other way around - if I want to go to a Spurs game at the moment it costs me the best part of £25-30 to get there.
A temporary move to MK is great as it will cost me about £1 in petrol and I know where best to park for free!

Had my season ticket since 1987. I understand why the club is having to do this. But sadly I couldn't afford the extra £500+ in travel expenses, plus the extra 1 hour each way travel time.
We need to recognise this move is probably the club's only viable option, and respect those that can't make the journey for their reasons, and give good wishes to those that can.
Stadium MK does look superb, and when possible I will get there. And hopefully be able to secure tickets for any games at Wembley!
Oh, and hope the Pikey Vermin fall flat on their faces in their new home.

That's a shame. Not because of the location but because we're giving money to such a detestable club. Only for one year though and I suppose no where else was available so will have to make do

Big deal, you have to get to WHL normally anyway so that point of having to get to Euston is moot

I was merely backing up another members claim it could cost fans £30 in travel expenses to see spurs, where ordinarily it would be cheaper.

No need for the snooty response.

It's actually easier, quicker and cheaper for me to get to MK so...yay, I guess? There's no ideal solution so this is as good as any.

Be warned that London Midland are utter, utter bollocks though. I catch that line daily and it's just awful.

I use Southern in the morning, London Midland in the evening - you can tell the difference between the two!

And even reaching out to fans that aren't 'new' but happen to not live in London and normally spend £100 plus on matchdays. Not all spurs fans are in London! It's only for a year anyway, big deal

Well this takes 50 miles off my 225 mile trip to White Hart Lane (plus it'll give me the option of getting the train) so naturally I'm all for it. It's not going to suit everyone, but can we not pretend that every Spurs fan lives a stone's throw away from Tottenham.

Love everyone thinking about themselves (which i guess is mosts concerns) but some of our fans pay £30 a trip to go see Spurs & now its landing right on our Door step albeit for one season! (yes i am thinking of myself)
