Well I won't be seeing them then ha. Thanks for clarifying
You were right the first time. From their website:

  1. The Event shall be a single table format guaranteeing each team three (3) games taking place in multiple venues across North America, Europe and Singapore. The Matches shall be scheduled during the period set out in Rule 1.2 above. Scoring system will be as follows: 3 points for a win, 2 points for a Penalty Kick Win, 1 point for a Penalty Kick Loss and 0 points for a loss.
The ICC is coming to North America, but Spurs will be playing in Signapore, it seems: https://www.straitstimes.com/sport/football/football-tottenham-announce-first-teams-visit-to-singapore-and-shanghai-in-july

The ICC always takes place in NA, Asia/Oceania and Europe. But Spurs will be playing it in Singapore this season after playing the last few here in the States.

I was shocked when I went up to NJ to watch us play Roma at Red Bull stadium in 2017.
The fans around me were eating pop corn all through the game and I could not understand the announcer.
What did impress me was the pre game festive atmosphere and all the giveaways, we did lose 3-2 I believe.

Incredible there's no UK coverage of tonight's ceremony / match yet NBCSN will be showing both from 7pm GMT.
Thank you Sky.....

@seppoyiddo What time does Flannery’s normally open for 7:30 kick offs? I’m probably finally going to make it in for the West Ham match.

Will be open at 7. A donut shop and a cuban diner on either side of the bar and you're welcome to bring in your own brekkie.
Thanks. I have a tux sizing for a buddy's wedding party downtown afterward so i'll be coming in beforehand.

I can vouch for this, probably the best atmosphere in a bar I have known and everyone really welcoming
