Welcome! The more the merrier.

I'm an Englishman in exile - living near Akron, Ohio...

Where are you originally from? I'm originally from Littlehampton down in West Sussex. Moved to the US a little over 19 years ago when I was 13.

I'm actually originally from Australia but moved to North London as a kid. My Dad's a lifetime Spurs supporter, born in Clapton. I used to walk to Spurs games. A few years ago I met my American wife-to-be in Birmingham, and now here I am! She was born in Akron.

I'm just about to move house, and am dearly hoping to find at least one Spurs fan in the new town. Passed a guy with a "Tottenham Hotspur" T-shirt in the Home Depot parking lot on Monday, but I'm fairly sure someone gave him the shirt, as he was completely confused by me shouting at him .

I have Directv. Do any of you know if the NBC Sports Premier League Extra will be a free service for me to stream the games online?

Thanks

You too? I run into a bloke wearing a spurs hat on Saturday, gave him a cheery Yid Army and all I got was a blank stare and "I don't understand". Me neither I thought...

All of the official UA team gear can be ordered online from their website. I live 20 minutes from their main warehouse so it arrives next day. There are several other online stores such as www.worldsoccershop.com that carry a wide variety of club gear. So in short yes, it's fairly easy.

Weirdly, I think it's almost a better situation. I mean, obviously I want dedicated Spurs fans everywhere, but i'm happy to be in a position where even randoms wear our stuff.

Technically I'm originally from South Africa, but was born to English parents. We moved to England when I was 4 so have always considered myself English. I became a fan of Tottenham in 90/91. After the WC Lineker and Gazza were my favorite players so started to follow the Spurs a little. Followed Spurs through all the way through the FA Cup in '91 and after they won decided thats my team, I was 10.

Based on this does anyone know a definitive list of who is showing what this year as I understand it:

NBC has the Premier League
Fox has Champions and Eufa and the FA Cup
Bein has Spain, Itlay and France

BEIN has the following according to Wikipedia:
In The United States, the network holds the rights package for Ligue 1, La Liga, Serie A, Russian Football Premier League, nPower Championship, Capital One Cup, TIM Cup, Copa del Rey, Copa America, 2014 FIFA World Cup qualification (CONMEBOL), and 2014 FIFA World Cup qualification (CONCACAF).

So our Capital One Cup games might be on there if we show an interest in that cup.
