From our site:

"Premier Sports is available via Sky, Virgin TV and the Premier Player. New customers can take advantage of a special introductory offer by signing up for just £9.99 for the first two months on Sky and the Premier Player, using the case-sensitive promo code SPURS"

To me that sounded like £9.99 for 2 months. But when trying to signup it's actually £9.99 per month, for 2 months.
Normal price with no contract is 11.99. The offer will be to pay for each month at 9.99.
Easiest just pay for one month and then cancel after our last match whenever that is. If we get through two games it will be 1st Oct for the last one.

I have subscribed under the 9.99 for 2 months but you are not tied in to a second month. Needs 5 days notice to cancel if card payment. Simple enough..came on straight away.

Vertonghen Own Goal putting PAOK 1-0 up against Benfica in Champions League qualifier.
Loser of that game drops straight into Group Stage of Europa

Yeah I didn't think about how quick our games are coming and that one month will be enough.
£9.99 for 3 games (hopefully!) seems reasonable.

Not yet. Benfica dropped into the Europa playoff, not straight into the group stage.

@MK Yid I apologise, you're right. But I don't see how they decide which six losers this midweek have to do the playoff round and which three go straight to the group stage? Is it Champions path has to do playoffs and league path goes straigh to groups?

Because I know Molde weren't secured a Europa group stage place before beating Qarabag last night, and they're in the Champions path.

There was only 3 games in the League section of the CL qualifiers this week Benfica, AZ67 and Rapid all dropped to the group stage of Europa League..
The other CL qualifiers were all from the Champions Phase of the CL, those 5 losers (Zagreb, Qarabag, Red Star, Young Boys and Brest) go into the Europa League Play Round for the Champions Path where they will have to play champions from other smaller nations that have also been knocked out of CL.

It makes sense but bloody hell UEFA could hardly have made it more difficult. I just assumed no team was guaranteed a group stage place if they were knocked out before the playoffs.

I’ve just paid £12 for a subscription, then cancelled it immediately so it doesn’t go beyond 17 October. Hopefully I end up paying £4 per match.

Sorry for dragging this post up but what happened to Defendi the defender?

Here are some blasts from the past:

This guy just decided to retire it seems, after he failed his trial with us. Remember him and Edson Silva testing themselves with us.

Even though obviously it’s Plovdiv and there’s the likes of Sissoko etc, will be interesting to see how we do with a 433
