on what basis are you drawing that conclusion?
It's not exactly rocket science is it mate. I'm no football manager scientist, but some managers are able to make the sum of the parts a lot better than it would be compared to others. Look at Rodgers at Leicester - they were absolutely dreadful under that French guy before him. Look at Potter at Brighton. Look at Pochettino when he took over us. Look at Klopp when he took over Liverpool. Look at Wilder. I'm willing to bet Mourinho would absolutely destroy the free-flowing, high pressing and positive possesion football Leicester are playing under Rodgers if he went there now.

It's hard to build anything going forward when your defence is so utterly fragile.

You could put the best attacking line up out there but if the defence is brittle, not aggressive, low on confidence and capable of making stupid mistakes the house will always collapse.

This is the attitude that gives players the excuses they need to underperform. they need to toughen up mentally.
They’re not fucking robots mate. The festive period is an absolute meat grinder, managers complain about it every year, and we’ve had very little rotation. It’s mismanagement, not an excuse.

Fucking tired constantly reading about players being shit. Under certain individual moments they can be shit, yes, like Gazzaniga and his karate kick, but overall 95% of the problems we're seeing are a managerial issue, not a player issue.
Yes it's amazing how we can go from a title run and CL final in 18/19 and then everyone says "all our players are shit" in 19/20. And that's after signing Ndombele, Sess and Lo Celso.

The quality is there but we can't seem to transfer it from the players feet to the pitch.

And those issues were created under Pochs reign

Mourinho has been here 6 weeks and today is his 11th game in charge. almost two games a week gives Mourinho hardly anytime to sort out our issues.

We aren't good enough defensively to give Alli carte blanche to wander around up front and do his little flicks to no-one.
