I want to see the intensity there and good transition and supply to our forward players
as though they are playing for their places and the right to be in the side alongside Bale and Reguilon when the time comes for them to be starters.

The sooner Davies isn’t involved the better. Sorry. But he just doesn’t do anything. I would rather sell now and bring Cirkin through. Sorry Ben, but it’s business.

This, please don't play Son and Kane together again, they keep trying to be the glory boy and it's to the detriment of the team. Sunday wasn't the first time one hasn't passed to the other and squadered a good opportunity.

I do hope Bale is in the changing room for this.

We need it.

I'd love to see us start well for a change.

So often over the last 18months we have done nothing in the first half, concede in the second half and then have a 10-15 minute spell were we look excellent and it makes us all wonder "Why not just start like that!"...before losing.

Just for once i would like to see us try to get a couple of goals in the first 30mins. At least then our general tactic of counter attacking would work as the opposition would be forced to, you know, attack us.

Instead of bringing on N'Dombele for the last 20mins, tell him he's got at least the first 45mins for the next 4-5 games It will give us a spark, boost his confidence and also gives him a better chance of playing himself into fitness as an example.

I would settle for a draw right now (with signs of overall cohesion to some sort of tactical plan.)

Just hope the lift from yesterday (and winning on Thursday no matter how poor it was) can get us going again. Davies knows he has actual competition now, so he MUST perform. Likewise Lucas, Bergwijn, Lamela, even Son. They really need to up it before Bale is ready to go or else someone isn't making the XI anymore.

Great programme scheduling again. We are the team who played on Thursday and we are the team playing in Sunday’s earliest game.
Can't blame the PL. We'd have people moaning that we only have 48 hours to prepare for Orient if we were the late fixture.

Damned if they do etc.

I know Jose keeps saying it but we really need to play with a little bit of piss and vinegar. I could care less about tactics and would like to see us just boss a side for confidence.

OK , so its possible you could be have less interest in tactics. Presumably this means then that you have a fair amount of interest in tactics. :D

Yesterday’s signings are either gonna lift some of the players to another level, or those who’s positions are under threat, could crumble under the pressure....
