Yeah, he's such a moron.
One minute saying everyone should just get over it, the next doing something like this for a bit of coin.

He's so delusional it's actually quite concerning.
He’s just opened it up all over again. Yes there have always been chants about him but they’re not very frequent and they don’t last long.

It’s going to be carnage tomorrow night now!

It's 24 years ago and I'm not saying people shouldn't care or should forgive but nobody should be giving a toss about it while the match is on. It doesn't mean shit to what happens on the pitch tomorrow and shouldn't be fuel for anything.

That advert makes no sense to me, why on earth would a huge company like google give a shit about something that the majority of football fans now know nothing about?!

It’s like a Paddy Power advert.
Agreed!

bizzare way to promote a mainstream phone

Is this even real? Did Google, one of the biggest companies that ever existed, a global brand used by, literally, hundreds of millions of people daily, so familiar it has become a verb, think to themselves, "How can we raise our profile? Who can we associate with to increase our popularity among the consumers of today?" and they ended up paying one of the most irrelevant people possible.

I would LOVE to meet the kind of person who bases their choice of mobile phone off of the back of this ad.

I'm not convinced he didn't make this ad himself on his iphone.

Good to have proof he’s still a bellend. Save people asking why some of us still hate him lol. Anyone going to the match tomorrow please give the Judas song a little run out

Especially when most of their target market is under 35 and it’s not like he’s well known in the media by the younger Joe Public.
Very strange choice, someone is either doing him a favour or as someone said earlier it’s not a google ad and he’s done it himself!

I think he is just a really strange person. I'd describe him as a covert narcissist - unable to understand why he is hated and willing to attribute it to anything else but his own actions.

I honestly completely forget about him. Not in a petty way, just that it was half my lifetime ago and I couldn't give a monkeys anymore.

Just the gift that keeps on giving…
He still doesn't get it. If he was honest and admitted he needed to leave because we weren't at the level required, people would have got over it, but lying to everyone and then robbing the club of a chance of a fee and going to your rival is a lot to expect fans to just take.

In football, Trophy's are talked about endlessly but compare Ledley with Sol and I wonder who is happier now?

I take it that Google's naming rights of the stadium is now fully dead in the water

I think this is his main issue now, everyone has forgotten about him. Job offers have dried up, whether that may be managerial or punditry, so he's doing anything possible to stay in the spotlight and make a few quid.

He sold himself out and now karma's a bitch.
