It is smart to borrow at a significantly lower rate in order to restructure existing debt. I see that renowned finance expert Martin Keown has also chipped in with his usual 'Spurs are fucked' mantra. He can't even talk about football without making an arse of himself let alone finance.

lol at Keown comparing us to Chelsea, a club who have money to spend now because they were banned from signing players last summer and sold Hazard for a ton of money.

Apparently we're one of the few clubs that qualify for this type of grant (something to do with the way we're financed) & I wouldn't knock him for doing it because it takes some pressure off the club during this period.

I suspect the transfer fund is a different budget & I hope we're still in a position to use it.

Us and united apparently but that’s no surprise as we are the two clubs that paid the most Tax
