Cancelled mine, don’t see the point, it’s a lot of money for a dodgy scarf and badge in a pretty box.
If the situation changes you can always get a new one, loyalty points are pretty irrelevant now given the number of season ticket holders, any big games will always sell out to those first, so a membership is only really a priority ticket booking scheme.
Also, personally gave quite enjoyed the last few months without bothering about football and my priorities have now changed.

Hello mate, How did you cancel yours? Did you just cancel the direct debit with the bank?

I'm sure we'll have 'access' to all the games. I expect Tottenham to charge us something for broadcast through Spurs TV. Say £5 per game per ST holder and maybe even member. I think it will cause a shit storm but it is Spurs after all! You might need to sign up to this mini TV ST to get full access, but they won't miss the trick. Of course this will only apply per household.

I reckon until they have completely sorted out schedules and whether it really is going to happen then they're keeping schtum.
I wa thinking this the other day - if you were able to provide access at a fiver a game how many punters would you bring in globally?

Yeah, I’m sure they will send an email to inform me it’s not been taken, but tough ?
They'll only auto-renew your membership for 2020/21 if you have a Direct Debit set up, and if you want to stop the auto-renewal from happening you need to cancel the DD with your bank at your end because they can't do it for you, but other than that there's no further action needed on your part. Like @vicbob, I've also cancelled my DD and that should be the end of it.

  • Cancel auto-renewal:
    • If you set up a direct debit, as we're unable to amend your direct debit details, please contact your bank to cancel your direct debit agreement which will prevent a renewal payment being taken for the 2020/21 Season. If you didn't set up a direct debit you do not need to do anything further

Does anyone know when the direct debit for members is due for next season? Or typically taken?

Silly question but if your season ticket renews with your membership fee, if it expires and your season ticket doesn't renew yet For next season, what happens?

Announcement of refunds for final home games expected today.
Its up already

Basically refunds or credit for next year and they're going to use the time to let people move seats

Pro rata. Not looking into the details but Man U is now the same value as Norwich. Is this correct?

Yep.
There were 3 Category A and 2 Category B left.

In all other occasions they value tickets based on a category basis (ticket exchange etc.), however as this method would cost them more (roughly 8% more) , they adjust how they value each game and are calculating accordingly.
Not right, but expected.

Not surprised by the announcement, short of not refunding or crediting the remaining games, it’s all they could do really.

Worked it out and I should be getting around £320 back, added to the money i’ve got from the ticket exchange and i’ll have about £400 taken off my next season ticket.

Although for a season ticket you pay a fixed price for the 19 games... so really it should just be:

Cost of ST / 19 * 5

To get your refund price, right?

At least Levy's paying the price for taking our two cup matches away. He could have given us tickets which were dirt cheap anyway for midweek replays at short notice against Middlesbrough and Southampton, and then he could've equated those to North London Derbies and only refunded 5/21sts!

That is what they are doing in respect of refund

However they allow you to sell each game individually, but you don't get 1/19th for each game, but split into 3 categories (Arsenal, Man U, Man C, Liverpool, Chelsea, West Ham) being Category A. The club and the fans recognise the difference in fixtures accordingly, and the monies you can recover are dependant on the category.
The argument that all games should be valued at 1/19th of ST cost, does not stand up with how the club have acted in the past, and how they sell individual games, and purely because it would mean the club would have to refund season ticket holders what they are basically due, rather than what the club feel they can get away with.
Personally not that fussed, was what I expected and I doubt very much I will withdraw the money anyway, just stating that I am sure a lot of fans (looking at THST comms) will feel the club are taking the piss yet again.

Yep, says that in the club communication, they have in effect cancelled your ticket exchange sale, and will refund 1/19th for that game
