Has anyone else found that the account cashback option is no longer present on the site? I had a hundred quid or so that I was planning on taking out, but can't seem to get to it now.

They closed it for refunds for the season on 10th March. You'll have to put towards next year's ST

Snap, I don't think I'm even renewing for next year either. This sucks balls.
Interesting I have two season tickets that are currently loaned out, and both have told me they don't want them next season.

Looks like we might have a few spaces in the ground next seson.

Yeah, I'm a scuba instructor (currently stranded in the UK because of this god damn virus) so I don't plan to live in this country anymore so there's no point me having it.

I may have missed it, but has there been any talk of a refund on the matches we won’t be going to for the rest of this season?

Like any company or business... when you owe them a pound theyll send the fuckin debt collectors round, but they owe you money? nah we will keep it as long as possible although in this case i appreciate it will be used towards next seasons ST. And to be honest i highly doubt ill renew or ill renew but sell the STs - dependent on the situation and i doubt ill be comfortable going if things dont improve.

Im owed a tonne of money from Spurs, Virgin etc

Is this official, that Spurs are just offering money off next season tickets?

I don't think they can get away with that.
Depends what the contact is when we bought our season tickets. I hope it’s not the case as I could do with the extra £250 roughly I’m owed as I’m on furlough, but contracts are contracts.

Watch this space...

I dont think it is official but there does seem to be a window where you can getit back through account management before they remove that option. Just prior to covid the account management element was removed from my account and couldnt see what I was owed and how i can get it transferred so im assuming they were going to use it for the future ST if you choose to take up that option.

Im not particularly fussed as i was going to put it forward to the ST but i appreciate that others on here may not either want to renew or need the money... so i think personally it is distasteful that there has been nothing done about this. Yes staff have been furloughed but this could have been done before they were furloughed.

Anyways
