Have you made the Junior his/her own client ref number?

If not, then that’s probably what you’ll have to do.

Ironically I just received a reply from the club literally 10 minutes ago telling me this! Cheers. I’m just in the process of doing it now, I’ve asked if I can pay for it using a club gift voucher but I have a feeling I know what the answer will be!

Cheers mate

Hope they follow GDPR.

As previously communicated, if any matches of the 2020/21 season are operated on a reduced capacity basis, Season Ticket Holders who have made their initial 20% renewal payment, and not deferred their Season Ticket, will have an option to be entered into a ballot for the opportunity to purchase a ticket for the match.

ID VALIDATION

During these extraordinary times, and as with all public places, it is vital that we know exactly who is entering the stadium. We therefore need to ensure the data records we have for our Season Ticket Holders are fully up-to-date.
If you are interested in entering any future ballot for reduced capacity match tickets, Season Ticket Holders over the age of 18 will need to verify their ID by providing us with an electronic copy of a valid passport or UK Driving Licence Photocard. Entry into any ballot will be dependent on the completion of the ID validation process.

We shall be emailing all renewed Season Ticket Holders in stages during the coming weeks with clear steps on how to do this, and we ask for your patience whilst we complete this process. Please do not be concerned if you are aware that other Season Ticket Holders have received this information before you as this will be a staggered process.

Bloody annoying. We could easily get a few thousand into the stadium safely. By doing a blanket ban it is unfair.
I would suggest we could comfortably get 6500 in the South stand and 4500 in each of the others (especially when you consider that there are 16000 premium seats between the west/east stands) to give us a 20000 capacity maintaining social distancing. Face masks in the concourse areas mandatory and no loitering. Get your food, get your drink, go to the loo, return to your seat. Would mean booze would be impossible obviously but I am not sure that’s a bad thing given the vigilance people need to display and discipline re social distancing.

I don't think we would be able to open the food and drink, but then again that would give work back to a few people if only for a day. So the pros and cons would have to be weighed up. Would also reduce the amount of people using the toilet too I suspect!

Either way, as long as it’s properly policed in terms of a stewarding/ police presence to make sure nobody takes the piss, I think we could host a decent capacity crowd and in turn provide a template of sorts to other crowds.

Anyone received a membership pack yet? Is it just the email and online stuff we get now? I'm going to contact them about the shop discount too. Considering the cost and lack of games I would expect a bit more than this so far.

Apparently the trust told the Club we don't like them so they've been binned :banghead:

I actually really like the trust and I'm massively appreciative of the work they do but this annoyed me a bit. I like the packs and never saw any such survey where I had the opportunity to give my opinion on them, not that it seems it would have mattered as the Club must have agreed.

I read it will be replaced with a voucher for the store.

I’m confused, I haven’t seen anything about a shop discount, only stadium tours, skywalks and Cadbury’s world, none of which I am the least bit interest in. A club shop discount would be far better.

Personally, I liked adding to my collection of little badges each year.

If that is true then im really disappointed. They werent always the best but they were a little memento a souvenir and always had one or two things that were also nice.

Shame, I'm just trying to get the most out of renewing really. If I can get the voucher for £15 off along with the pre season games, along with the loyalty points I might be able to justify it this year. I guess the pack is worth around £15 anyway.

Just got my response to the digital discount code

The process of sending out the membership voucher codes to those that are eligible will begin within the next 7-21 days so please do keep an eye on your emails. Thank you for your support.

I think that was the idea, that you could use the voucher to buy equivelent gifts.

It was in the list of benefits. I've emailed the club about it. https://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/fans/membership/benefits/

Let us know how you get on, haven't seen my voucher either but I guess it's because we haven't paid for our ST's in full.

To be fair, the cost is currently only 25% of games as a deposit - effectively reserving your seat. If (and its a big if) fans can go back this season, it will be at a reduced capacity and there will be no obligation to attend. If you dont, that deposit just rolls over to next season. Yes a free voucher here or there will be nice but no fans will be out of pocket, if you desperately needed the 25% deposit you likely wouldnt have renewed anyway.

This isn't for season tickets but the hotspur plus membership that I have though. Still could be handy if attendance gets high enough next year for members to get to a game.
