One other thing I should mention, they had to email me because they couldn't get through on the phone. Turns out they'd tried a few times and the number on my account was my old one - so worth checking, if you're still waiting for a call

Can anyone assist?

I’m trying to get a new junior plus membership for my littl’un. When I go to the checkout it won’t let me past it and says the membership I’m ordering is not in my age range! I’ve tried ‘assigning’ it to myself (I’m a ST holder) but get the same message. I’ve emailed spurs 3 times now and no reply and their phone lines are closed. Any ideas?

I just received an email saying that for season ticket and membership renewals we get a % off Cadbury World (?!?), Stadium tours and the Skywalk. In the confirmation email it said we get 15 quid off at the shop. What's going on there?

I had something like that happen to me a couple of years ago. Ended up calling the ticket office and they sorted it out for me over the phone.

Daniel has converted that £15 into some very reasonable attractive discounts. Why are you complaining?!

Their lines are still closed. Hopefully they’ll reopen when the season starts but while there’s no crowds at games they’ll prob leave it.

considering that 90% of the ST's money was from the previous season and you all got your shitty gifts then, a £15 voucher considering the club are earning sweat FA at the moment should be seen as a bonus, but doing that would mean you couldn't stab him a little deeper

Have you made the Junior his/her own client ref number?

If not, then that’s probably what you’ll have to do.

Ironically I just received a reply from the club literally 10 minutes ago telling me this! Cheers. I’m just in the process of doing it now, I’ve asked if I can pay for it using a club gift voucher but I have a feeling I know what the answer will be!

Cheers mate

Hope they follow GDPR.

As previously communicated, if any matches of the 2020/21 season are operated on a reduced capacity basis, Season Ticket Holders who have made their initial 20% renewal payment, and not deferred their Season Ticket, will have an option to be entered into a ballot for the opportunity to purchase a ticket for the match.

ID VALIDATION

During these extraordinary times, and as with all public places, it is vital that we know exactly who is entering the stadium. We therefore need to ensure the data records we have for our Season Ticket Holders are fully up-to-date.
If you are interested in entering any future ballot for reduced capacity match tickets, Season Ticket Holders over the age of 18 will need to verify their ID by providing us with an electronic copy of a valid passport or UK Driving Licence Photocard. Entry into any ballot will be dependent on the completion of the ID validation process.

We shall be emailing all renewed Season Ticket Holders in stages during the coming weeks with clear steps on how to do this, and we ask for your patience whilst we complete this process. Please do not be concerned if you are aware that other Season Ticket Holders have received this information before you as this will be a staggered process.
