I’m trying to get a new junior plus membership for my littl’un. When I go to the checkout it won’t let me past it and says the membership I’m ordering is not in my age range! I’ve tried ‘assigning’ it to myself (I’m a ST holder) but get the same message. I’ve emailed spurs 3 times now and no reply and their phone lines are closed. Any ideas?
I just received an email saying that for season ticket and membership renewals we get a % off Cadbury World (?!?), Stadium tours and the Skywalk. In the confirmation email it said we get 15 quid off at the shop. What's going on there?

Daniel has converted that £15 into some very reasonable attractive discounts. I had something like that happen to me a couple of years ago. Ended up calling the ticket office and they sorted it out for me over the phone.

If not, then that’s probably what you’ll have to do.
As previously communicated, if any matches of the 2020/21 season are operated on a reduced capacity basis, Season Ticket Holders who have made their initial 20% renewal payment, and not deferred their Season Ticket, will have an option to be entered into a ballot for the opportunity to purchase a ticket for the match. ID VALIDATION During these extraordinary times, and as with all public places, it is vital that we know exactly who is entering the stadium. We therefore need to ensure the data records we have for our Season Ticket Holders are fully up-to-date. |
