Nothing back yet from them about relocating. Dreading having to call them up.
you won't hear from them until after the season ticket renewal period closes on 7 August. They will only start looking at relocations once they have confirmation on season tickets for the coming season.

That's the official line but several people on here have posted saying they've already received calls and have relocated. So a lucky few have managed to get it sorted early

Got a call from the ticketing team, asking me about relocating. Said they could move me 5 rows nearer the pitch (as my criteria is stay in the same line of sight, but closer), but if I wanted I could wait until after the closing date and they'll have a better idea of whats available. So I'm staying put unless something better comes up.

Did anyone receive an email from the club either confirming the relocation request or asking for further information on where you'd like to sit? We did our relocation request ages ago, but haven't heard a peep (I know it's not supposed to start until after renewals end). @Gassin's finest said that they offered him new seats based on his criteria, but I didn't see anywhere to put that in on the form - just the reason for moving and then which stand you wanted to sit in (nothing about being high up or low down, or a in particular block...).

Heard nothing, neithee an aknowledgment of the initial requeat or anything since

They rang me yesterday but I missed their call?Hopefully they will ring today?

Got a call from the ticket office today ! Got my seat moved to the south stand! They are working through 7000 requests atm but have started already

They said they’re letting you change the name on the season ticket. I’ve gone to renew and change one of my group members name but there isn’t an option?

Anyone know what to do here??

Once renewals have concluded, further information about this process will be communicated. In the meantime, please ensure that you renew your Season Ticket as detailed within the email that was sent on Monday 13 July, before 5pm on 7 August.
