I spoke to the club and they've apologised and said that the season ticket renewal process is not currently open after all. That's why we're seeing the error message.

@davidmatzdorf you're probably aware of this already but there's an option to defer the ticket until next season, should you wish to.
They say when it is opening ? Lol

I think @Spurs1961 is right. I can't understand how you missed out. Like you, my partner and I took up what they called "Bronze membership" in about 2005 - the Jol period - specifically because it included a spot on the ST waiting list. It came through (for both of us) much more quickly than I expected: we got our STs for the 2010/11 season, just in time to watch CL football.

What I can't understand is why you didn't/couldn't get one when we moved to Wembley. All my 3-4 mates who used to use my ticket when I couldn't attend a match dropped out when we left WHL, because every one of them got an ST at Wembley.

Same/similar.

Since the Jol years I’ve been a ST holder for Redknapp through Sherwood, then Wembley onwards. He must have missed an email/deadline, not been on the waiting list or ,erm, talking nonsense.

I’ve got my email and it says on the email how much the initial payment is and how much you have on account with them.

Does anyone know how the “amnesty period” mentioned in the renewal email under Season Ticket Verification works?

Is it allowing the name an account is held in to be changed, or just that you can register an ID under a different name to that account?

I suspect that Arsenal do not have a similar clause to this in their membership T&Cs or they'd have to strip half their ST holders of their tickets...

Ive always wondered and think ive asked this previously - do Spurs monitor how many times you sell your ticket on ticket exchange and can they take it away if they deem it to be excessive?

The way I read it is that they don't want empty seats in the stadium as it's bad for the club's image so they want to see the occupied or the seat sold on the exchange.

Funny how we both read the same words but take different intentions from them. :)

The way I read it is that (a) they don't want empty seats in the stadium, but also (b) they don't want people hoarding unused season tickets when other, eager people could be using them - exactly what people have been complaining, illogically, that the club don't care about.

If the club sets up a ticket exchange that favours members, to replace the previous system, which encouraged people to profiteer and did not favour members, it follows that they want people to use it. As much as they like. It fills the stands with fans. That's what they want.

I often think that people's commitment to maintaining a sense of grievance blinds them to the bleedin' obvious. If they didn't want people to use the ticket exchange, either they would not have created it or they would have restricted its use.

Someone said on renewing their ticket " it was easy " or words to that effect I find it funny that my son was almost suicidal when renewing ours it just goes to show that when it comes to computers some people get it and some like my son find it torture.
For myself having had a look at the site for renewals think for me I am on the torture list.

It's just clicking on a link in the email and then clicking the 'renew season ticket' button
