They should have started the relocation process before ST renewals. As it is I probably won't renew my season ticket.
I understand your frustration but your best chance of getting a seat where you want it can only come after the renewal process, as that’s when the club know whether seats are available.

East upper is pretty much where I've always sat, since I first started going regular when I first moved to London, 11 years ago. It had a good atmosphere, and a good view... I'm one of the dwindling numbers who still partake in the Parkside/shelfside duet.

But as I'm one of the Wembley season ticket crowd, I was pretty low priority, and the best I could get to replicating my favoured area of being level with the centre line up there, was row 26 of 527. Which is fair enough... But if I can get further down I'd be pleased.
We were level with the edge of the penalty area (good for offside calls...) and I liked being near the Park Lane noise, without actually being in it. I also sing the Shelf-side/Park Lane chant when I have voice to spare. Now we're level with the penalty area at the other end. We've had STs since 2010/11, so we got a decent choice of seats, but all the ones near our old location were gone except way up at the top.

I’ve done the application but by the looks of it the majority are trying to move be interesting to see how many applications are successful

Im west upper block 501, near the back, i like the seat and have a good set of people around me. My issue is that as we were in the last batch of people to be offered a season ticket. I had to buy an adult seat for my 12 year old son, 2 x £1200 is draining the finances and would like us to be relocated to an area where he gets a concession seat and saves me some dough, not sure what the chances of that are, i have applied to move but will wait and see?

If you apply to move does that mean you have to move if they offer you another seat? It might be worse

Reading the news, it doesn't look like fans will be allowed into grounds until a vaccine has been produced.

That could be years...

i thought that they were doing the relocation process now before season ticket renewals . Have I missed something because I wasn’t aware season ticket renewals had been started.

I’m an 1882 season ticket holder and don‘t think it was good value for money at all so I’m trying to relocate to anywhere else in the ground. I’m not fussed

They will have to do it before then or the game will die. There may never be a vaccine. 4 years is the fastest vaccine ever I believe, for mumps. I doubt most clubs would last more than a year with no income without going bankrupt.

Society will just have to adapt and accept the risk if a vaccine isn't found. Hopefully therapies will evolve and improve. You can already check the oxygen saturation in your blood with a smart phone. Silent hypoxia is a big killer with this but tech allows it to be monitored.

It will probably become totally unacceptable to be out and about if you're ill, and if your ill at all you'll be expected to wear a mask as they do in most post SARS east Asian countries.

Has anyone received a call from the ticket office today or this week? I was away from my phone and came back to three missed calls from them. Called them back and its just an automated message saying they cant take calls right now.

Have a feeling it was about relocating... If ive missed the boat now and need to remain in the north stand i'll be livid.

I believe they will be relocating after the initial season ticket renewal phase. So they know where the space is, will be surprised if they're moving people already. Unless they're filling up already vacant spaces.

Ah good point.

No idea why they'd be calling me then...
