Last season is over, we always had the debate about whether we'd rather finish top four and not win anything or finish 17th and win a trophy - now we've experienced both and you can decide for yourself which you preferred.
Now it's time to look ahead, and regardless of what happened this year, the really important thing when determining who our manager should be and what our strategy should be is - what do you consider to be a successful follow up season? More specifically, what do you consider to be an absolute non-negotiable for next season?
For me - I have three bare minimums:
I don't expect us to reach the latter stages of the Champions League but I want to see us competitive in the league phase, a few wins and strong performances, not just turning up and getting battered every week. Obviously a cup win would be fantastic but we know how hard these are to win especially now Europa isn't an option this season.

For me - I have three bare minimums:
- Play attractive, attacking football throughout (post-November has been absolutely unacceptable, regardless of results)
- Minimum top 8 finish - a club of our size should not be finishing lower than this
- More competitive in the games against top 6 rivals (7 points from 18 games against the top 9 this season is a joke)
