Just listened to the most recent episode of the Scout7 Podcast: Episode 14 - The Evolving Role of Data and Analysis in the Recruitment Process and there's plenty in there for a Spurs fan and generally anyone who is interested in scouting in general.

Firstly, Rob MacKenzie, our former Head of Identification is a guest on the process. So he speaks about his time at the club and generally what he does, plus his opinion on other topics.

Plus former Southampton Head Analyst Andy Stone speaks about the famed "black box" from his time at Southampton.
