Did anyone watch the C4 programme How to Win The Grand National?

I was spellbound - all about horses and how they function, footage of Red Rum, Alderniti (Bob Champion)and many more legends and interviews with AP and other jockeys giving the jockey's perspective on life as a jockey, horses, races and injuries sustained. Slow motion of horses over fences, mesmerising... and plenty on my pick for the GN tomorrow, Tea For Three, and how he is trained in Wales. I have a good feeling about him. I just hope there won't be fatalities, but we all know that's more than likely. It's the sad, dark downside of horse racing.

It was an eye-opener for me and I will look at horse racing with new insight.
