Geragthy was very confident about Bobs Worth this morning, said ground will suit better than last year and horse in better condition, Last Instalment runs but the other Gigginstown horse First Lieutenant is a Non runner in the Gold Cup

Last day, first race:

1. Tiger Roll
2. Kentucky Hyden
3. Guitar Pete

Ruby - bad fall, hurt his wrist. Could make a lot of difference if he's unable to ride now...

I chose Calipto in this but put my hard cash on Tiger Roll when I seen it was a double figure price

Edit - I did have tiger roll in this, need to stop drinking so much during Cheltenham week

Ruby's absence will make a difference, especially in the next race where I have his mount, Arctic Fire.

all my selections on sc today are cash bets as well... wonderful start(y)

I have a £50 antepost 7/1 double on Quevega - Briar Hill

If that comes in will go big on a Harbour Court - Vieux Lion Rouge - Next Sensation patent at fancy prices later

Expecting grocery delivery between 2 pm and 3 pm so that may delay results if they arrive at the end of a race.

Ruby has a compound fracture of the arm, so will be out for quite a while.

Also Brian Cooper reported to have the worst leg fracture the Consultant has ever seen.

Davie Casey took over Ruby's ride and came in second. Nicely done.

2.05:

1. Lac Fontana
2. Arctic Fire
3. Mont Bazon
4. Diakali
5. Flaxen Flare (if being paid out)

David Casey taking over Ruby's mount again in the next race - my NAP, Briar Hill. I hope both are on top form!

Have to say in this situation it would have changed some of my selections.

If he had taken the rail on Arctic Fire, instead of going wide, i reckon he would have won !
