Ryan Sessegnon will be a free agent when the summer transfer window opens on July 1, and Tottenham do not have any plans to extend his contract. According to Fabrizio Romano, the 24-year-old wide man will move on, and he prefers to continue in the Premier League.

Good luck to him. He's still young but career ruined so far with injuries.

Pre-Spurs Sessegnon would have been brilliant in Ange's system.

I think he might have to drop down a level to find a club. These last 18 months will have made finding a new club tough.

Spurs had another year option on his contract, they must think he’s done.

It's nobody's fault, but this is such a waste of talent during his time at Spurs. Never got going in a meaningful way. Good luck to him. But the club is right to cut its losses.

Slightly surprising extra year end year wasn't triggered. Would have cost 3m. So the club don't think they can get more than 3m for him

Position and style wise I feel he is made for Ange's system. So unlucky and wish him well.
