Such a shame that he got so many injuries. I really hope that it goes well for him for the rest of his career.

I feel bad for him but he only played just under 69 games for us in 5 years so not sure what else we could do. Although he was unfortunate with injuries the fact he was out so often and for long each time does hint at a lack of mental toughness as a lot of overcoming injuries is in head . When ever I’ve seen him play he always looked like he lacked confidence. It would seem the move to a bigger club was too much for him. A pity because there is a good player in there. Hope things work out for him in the future.

See! Immediately injured again.

Joking aside, a very sad end to what must have been an unbelievably frustrating, and at times depressing, 5 years for him. Hoping he can somehow get his career back on track. Still young.

I Totally disagree. He had good enough mental toughness to master the untold amount of challenges on the way to becoming a premier league footballer. No easy feat.

Truth is, he just had shit hamstrings. That's what ate away at his confidence, not the other way around.

Possibly true. I’m only going in what I could see. In games he showed such a muscle of confidence that players were reluctant to pass to him. U remember one game where Toby just continually ignored him despite him being open.

I don't see how mental aspects can get you back on the pitch with torn hamstrings.

We can speculate loads of this and that’s

at the end of the day his a 24 year old kid who’s career has been cruelly taken from him that must be tough.

you could argue he could have done this or that but either way a kid with so much potential has been robbed, and you have to feel for him❤️❤️❤️

He's 24 years old? He has a long career ahead of him hopefully.
Lots.of players have the hammy injuries when they're younger and get over them. Hopefully he'll be on a path to recovery after the last operation
