Pick up an injury miss the window, stuck in limbo until he recovers. No agent worth his salt would be advising him to sign a short deal at 26.

Not the way to leave a club though, especially one that could still go down.

Best position ist Left Winger.

We have Sess, Son and Bergwijn for that with Dele, Lucas and Lamela also capable to play there. Rather pointless.

He plays on the right for Scotland. If Mourinho is not convinced with lamelas injury record and wants to turn sess into an attacking wingback he could be a good back up on the wings in a 433 formation.

Saying that imo son, Lucas and Bergwijn would all be ahead of him

Don’t blame him for not extending, if he’s already signed for a club they wouldn’t be to happy.

He's an OK player, but as others have pointed out, we already have similar or better players. In addition, he isn't a homegrown player, so cannot help us out in that respect either. We should concentrate on acquiring the best DM we are able to afford. On reflection, I really should not have included those last 5 words in the previous sentence!

But not at 100,000 pounds a week that he wants.
This is the problem with a lot of free transfers. They appear cheap but they then ask for a wage above their value.

Everton seem to be the club most interested in him anyway.

Haven't read it obviously but why is he being linked to us or Arsenal?
Not good enough for us and too good for them.

If we're going to go for anyone like this i'd prefer Dwight McNeil. That said Fraser is a good player and i think would be a decent option for us. on a free, even at £100k a week that works out at about £20M over 4 years which in todays climate (pre Covid-19) is a steal.

Maybe they are looking at him to play centre back
Possibly a touch on the short side for that.

But it wouldn’t surprise me if he were being considered as a squad player to cover both LW and LWB. Assuming Rose goes, we’d have Fraser and Sess behind Davies and Son.

Wouldn’t surprise me, but would disappoint me. Sure we can do better.

True but we always have to be careful of getting the right squad. Buy someone like Fraser on £100k a week and chances are a buying team won't want to match his wages. If he is not good enough or not a good squad player he could become deadwood.

Pretty sure he was making a joke about Arsenal's centre backs.

I thought it was a joke on him being about the same height as his subbuteo player.

So many jokes about the Arsenal centre backs, it’s difficult not to think of them I suppose!

Can’t see Daniel paying him £100K a week but I think he’d take him if he agreed to £70K a week
