Surprised none started yet, I couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery but if you all put your tips here someone sensible like @Houdini or @CosmicHotspur will hopefully sort them put into a constructive competition

Houds is caught up with the WC competition and I'm helping out a bit here and there.

My PC is being taken off for a service and clean around 10 am this morning and won't be back until around mid-afternoon so I won't be online until then. I suggest you contact Houds in PM to see what he thinks.

The WC comp is much more work than our racing comps so it may be we have to give Ascot a miss this year. I'll catch up with this thread later x

OK @Houdini busy with WC and other stuff so I will try to keep an eye on the scores, if I get it wrong be gentle, got these rules from the Cheltenham comp so if OK with everyone will use them here also

Non runners: Unless there is time to change the selection, then you will be on the favorite at 1/2 the points.

Dead heats: 1/2 the points.


1st. = 10 points
2nd. = 6 points
3rd. = 4 points
4th. = 2 points
5th. = 1 point

Races with 4 or less runners win only.
Races with 5-6-7 runners, 1st & 2nd only.
Races with 8 -15 runners 1st 2nd 3rd only.
Races with 16+ handicaps 1st 2nd 3rd 4th.
(In other words, whatever Willliam Hill are settling on, so are we!)

Everyday you can NAP one of your selections, this means that if it wins then you will get DOUBLE the points for it!!
