No doubt we'll read all about it when he's out of contract and spilling the beans to the newspapers.

Hopefully. He's only made himself look bad the last couple of times he's done it.

There would of been worse places to play football than Watford. With the lack off left back options in the England squad, a good run of performances for them and he could well of made an impression on Southgate or just used the move to show he's fit enough to play. He's obviously lost the hunger.

Real shame to see it going this way but the only option left now is to pay him off and get it over and done with.

@Trix please tell me that double post was intentional

If so, you've elevated yourself to comedic genius in my view

I support Danny's right to stay until his contract ends. But I also think spurs should just pay him up and cancel the contract. Set him free. Let him choose what he wants to do in life without the burden of having to be around the club. His mental state is the only important thing now and I hope he can find happiness. He certainly served the club very well for a long time and I'll always appreciate him for the good memories.

He's struggled in the last few seasons. None of us know the full story around his personal life. We've stopped supporting the footballer, fair enough, but we have no right to judge the man. Good luck to him.

Looks like we may be doing that.

Yeah just pay him up for the season and send him on his way with our thanks and best wishes. He's given good service for most of his time, unfortunately his mental health issues have impacted his career over recent years. I'm sure many of us can relate to that!

I wish him nothing but the best will, but he has certainly made it harder for himself with his "outspoken" attitude.

Sad to see a former top player choosing to leave behind a legacy as a parasite.

Rose's delusion levels are high. He still thinks he's the best left back in the league.

sad to see people just listen to rumours and turn against him. Watford said they had not intended to sign him.

They said they had made an inquiry, maybe his disinterest put them off. Who knows?
