Tottenham will hope to avoid the kind of injury crisis that proved so costly last season.
Spurs made a flying start to life under Ange Postecoglou during his first campaign in charge of the club but quickly saw their progress stall after double injuries to James Maddison and Micky van de Ven in November.

Ange said:
“Richarlison should be back in the week – so we’ll get some of our top-end players back into the group which I think will help,” he said.
“Once we get back we’ve got 10 to 12 days before our first game and we’ll make sure we are ready.”
“Richy and Fraser have got back into training this week and both had a good block of training. With another week’s training before the start of the season hopefully, they’ll be in a good place. Everyone else has had a pretty good pre-season.”
