Love me a cup of " Coco"!

In my opinion our best result under Jose in terms of team picked and resulting performance, which led to a satisfactory scoreline!

Undecided at the moment as to my MOTM.

Even when we seemed to lose interest after about 70 minutes Hojbjerg was still closing down, getting his foot in and positive in possession. Great performance over 90 minutes.

Hojbjerg. Serge deserves a mention too.

PEH for me. Was everywhere. So many won tackles and interceptions. Everything we needed in the off season.

Serge; Sissoko... great.

Probably easier to name those that lowered their colours and that would be Sanchez for the pen and Lucas - and even that's harsh.

Hojbjerg MoTm but Kane, Son, Aurier are close. Everyone played well, they didn't create any chances and deserved 4 red cards or so. Reguilon and Davies made a great run for the last goal. Moura gets them another red card if ref wasn't shit. Lamela changed the game with his dark magic in first half, Sissoko was solid and often plays well with Aurier, Ndombele was good until he got tired, lovely goal too. Dier and Sanchez rock solid after the goal, they looked confident and even Sanchez often found himself at the center of the pitch and looked comfortable at passing. 10/10 for Mourinho too. Unlucky that ref was shit and didn't give them more red cards, could've been double figures in his masterclass.

Barring Sanchez's error, everyone was absolute quality today. Son, Kane, Ndombele, Hojbjerg, Aurier...so many fantastic performances. Didn't think we were capable of a performance like that without Lo Celso in the side so fair fucking play to Jose.

Love how much better both Davies and Aurier look now there's genuine competition. Looks like we now have 4 very decent fullbacks when before had 2 average ones. Shows how important squad competition is. We also look so much better with 2 genuinely attacking fullbacks - massively improves us as an attacking proposition.

Also thought it was telling how Utd focused Neville + Tyler were - when Ndombele was linking the midfield beautifully they lazily mentioned 'think he might stay?' No mention of the fact that he was clearly back in Jose's plans, no mention of his brilliant technique, just one throwaway comment. Sums up how blinkered they are.

Hojbjerg my clear MOTM. Bossed the midfield, made some superb tackles, and made the pass of the match.

Special mention to aurier for an assist and a goal.

Everyone else played well, with maybe Sanchez the worst of an excellent bunch.

Hojbjerg was immense. We have solved our midfield solidity issues if he continues to play like that.

Holbjerg, even though Spurs haven’t included him in their top 4 choices on Twitter!

He was just brilliant.

Everyone 10 out of 10 but in true Spinal Tap fashion these go to eleven:
Hojbjerg - completely dominated and controlled the midfield and that first time pass for Aurier’s goal was sublime. His best performance for us to date.
Aurier - terrorized ManU down the right all game and great goal
Mourinho - has finally instilled a ruthless winning mentality at Tottenham. No more good guys. Also has cajoled performances out of players who have coasted in the past. NDombele is starting to be the player we thought he could be and I thought that was Sissoko’s best performance in Spurs shirt. Hard to accuse him of only coaching negative football now ?
The only downside today was there was no crowd in attendance today. As someone who has watched us lose at Old Trafford too many times to remember it’s depressing that our loyal away support weren’t there today to enjoy that performance and result.
