My MOTM is Romero mostly due in part for his performance deputising as Captain.

I am sure the media and pundits are going to say we played a poor Man Utd side instead of crediting us for our performance in making them poor

Yeah going for VDV for his afterburners but so many great performances in there. Bentancur was magnificent, Kulusevski was tireless and Solanke doesn't half put in a shift.. Johnson excellent (so much better with Kulusevski and Solanke around him)

Djed did very well and was even arguably better than Udogies first half performance.

The only negative was Bergval who needed to calm down a bit oh and the inevitable Werner finishing, though I kind of expect it now.

Mikey Moore though, if that had been the other side of the post..... He's going to be some player this lad. I'd start him next game.

Johnson gets my vote but just cos he has taken so much shit…goal and an assist

VDV was motm…amazing run and defensively but as sound. In top 3 defenders in league for me

kulu put in a great shift and bents was boringly decent

But all others were good…except timo…my word should have scored twice

Porro/Kulu and Madders for me. Starting 11 were consistently good throughout.

The kids that came on (Moore/Bergvall/Sarr) were quite a long way off their replacements.

Bergvall in particular doesn't look ready for this level on this appearence. He wasted 2 or 3 transitions, at least one of which was a 5v4 or 4v3. Poor decision making and over-complicates his passing. I think he needs more time to learn the game at this level.

Sarr was a step down as well but at least got involved. Moore didn't see enough of the ball for me to tell.

Team performance. Really exciting. Team is really coming together.

Not saying he was MOM, but Solanke feels like a really important part of the jigsaw. Brings the best out of others. Perfect for the system

Went for Kulu - as he was absolutely outstanding yet again and proving a hell of a lot of his doubters wrong. Great technique, but with strength and stamina to go with it that it feels like he can make something happen at any time.

Bentancur a very very close second for me, guy was literally everywhere.

Great team performance though with Johnson, Dom, VdV, Romero and Maddison all playing really well.

Kulu for me too but as has been said, I was close to voting Team because a fair few could've taken it.
Fantastic performance and what we showed in the first few games is starting to come to fruition.

Happy for BJ, especially as his old man was in the crowd.

Special mention the the away support, who once again, were incredible throughout.

Vicario - 7 - composed few times he was needed and didn't look vulnerable at set pieces

Udogie - 7 - Growing into this season

Vdv - 9 - His pace nullified United's attack and insane assist

Romero - 7.5 - Solid all round performance

Porro - 7.5 - rock solid

Bentancur - 8 - quietly effective, his passing was immense

Maddison - 8 - caused them problems fouled around 1000 times

Kulusevski - 9.5 - Beast of a performance and took his goal well.

Werner - 7 - how I wish he took one of his chances. However contributed well first 50 minutes and caused them problems and stretched them.

Johnson - 9 - Full of confidence now and great performance. So unlucky to hit the post and not get a 2nd.

Solanke - 7.5 - Pressed and moved well. Deserved his goal. Bit more composure 1 on 1 and he'd have had a 2nd

Subs:
Bergvall - 7 - Good corner (take note Eriksen haha) got about well, probably tried too hard to make things happen

Moore - 7 - looked really bright, would love to have seen more of him. Decent out of the box effort

Spence - 7.5 - tailor made for his running ability

Sarr - 7 - brought energy when we just lost control briefly. Also got an assist

Dragusin - 7 - should be n/a due to lack of time, but loved he clattered mount after some of fouls he got away with on a booking.

Well that was a surprise. The only impact the red card was it made United attack better.

MOTM Bentancur. I thought he owned the midfield and made United play the way we wanted them to
