I'll go....

LLoris - 7 - Kind of unlucky with the Walker back pass but still should have perhaps done a little better with it. Good punch in the second half. Other than that, not much he could have done with the goals tbh.

Walker - N/A - I really don't want to give Walker a score because apart from that mistake he wasn't playing too badly. A complete moment of madness and he knew it.

Verts - 9 - Thought he was superb in every aspect again today

Dawson 6 - Bit quieter than usual and didn't really impose himself on the game as he sometimes does.

BAE - 6 - Similar to Daws had a quiet one at both ends

Sig - 6 - Didn't really work for him today, perhaps wothout Lennon we were too narrow and he's not a winger so couldn't get into or create those spaces for him to slide us in. Should have scored when Bale flicked it through to him.

Parker - 5 - Not his best game was busy but I don't think he contributed enough

Livermore - 5 - Ditto

Dembele - 8 - Thought he was excellent and continued his performance from midweek. He seemed to be one of the few that was really up for it and wanted to get stuck into the likes of Gerrard who was doing the same to us.

Bale - 7 - Not his best game but two excellent deliveries and a few nice touches, runs, flicks etc.

Defoe - 4 - Not sure if it was the service or down to not playing well but simply did not get into the game. terrible error for the pen aswell.

Subs - Can't be bothered to rate.

Lloris 6 - should have done better with the clearance
Walker 5 - at fault for first 2 goals
Dawson 7 - solid enough
Vertonghen 8 - fantastic
Sig 7 - didnt let himself down but not particularly great either
Dembele 8 - best for a while
Parker 7 - tidy enough
Livermore - not good enough for this level
Bale 6 - bit too selfish, and not enough effort, even if he did cross twice to score.
Defoe 5 - non existent

AVB 6 - should have brought holtby on when they took Coutinho off. Too defensive with Dembele, Parker and Livermore.

Should have played Bale lw. Sig behind Defoe

Lloris - 6 Didn't really have that much to do, punched incoming crosses well, don't think he could have done anything for their first goal. Could have cleared their second goal but you can't pin the error on him imo.

Walker - 4 Effectively cost us the match with his latest kamikaze episode. What was he thinking?! Will be a good player for sure once he matures and gains experience but as of now it's cost us many times this season.

Dawson - 6 What you'd expect from him, a leader on the pitch but it scared the sh*t out of me when 'Pool were threading balls into Sturridge and Suarez, completely bypassing Dawson with ease at times.

Vertonghen - 8.5 two excellent goals. Most strikers would be proud of the way he organised his feet and wolloped the second one home. Had a lot of attacking threat to handle with Suarez and Sturridge but he didn't give them that many chances.

Assou-Ekotto - 5 Don't get me wrong, I'm one of Bennie's fans but today he just seemed so laid back and careless - more so than usual, and didn't offer enough going forward for my liking.

Parker - 6 an ok game I suppose, don't remember him doing that much of note, bad or good.

Livermore - 5 I just don't know what this guy does. He doesn't seem to been particularly good at anything or offer the team much.

Dembele - 8 Even playing out of position he ran the game at times. Glided effortlessly past their midfield and seemed back to his best.

Bale - 7 Thought Liverpool contained him well throughout the game but the cross for our first goal was absolutely exquisite and linked up well with Sigurdsson at times.

Sigurdsson - 7 Definitely growing into his role. As I said he linked up with Bale pretty well and should have got his shot on target in the first half when Bale laid it off to him. Unlucky to his the post in the second half.

Defoe - 4 Just think as a team we've simply outgrown him now. Far too inconsistent and ignores making any blatant passing opportunity when there is a quarter of a shooting chance. Didn't get into the game whatsoever and cost us their penalty.

Overall I thought we deserved something out of the game but we simply cannot make those kinds of mistakes against an in-form Liverpool team!

Im guessing I am the only one who thought livermore played better than Parker, as initially livermore wasnt great but he got better whereas parker played ok but his passing was shocking, constantly gave the ball away and when he did complete passes it wasnt great, as it was outside the range and made the other player stop their run.

Our play wasnt fluid throughout the game going forward but the one or two times it did we looked like we where going to score tbh

The worst thing is we were playing against Jones and didnt test enough tbh, he was flapping at the ling range shots but we didnt carry on testing him

Gobsmacked how Bale gets more than 6.

did you miss his cross for the first goal?

did you miss his cross for the 2nd goal?

did you miss that brilliant flick on the edge of their area to set up sigurdsson?

did you miss that 60 yard run where he went past 3 liverpool players and crossed to sigurdsson who hit the post?

if yes then i guess you could give him a 6.

Vertonghen 8 MOM.
Bale and Dembele 7's.
Dawson, Parker, Sigurdsson, Lloris 6's.
BAE, Livermore, Walker 5's.
Defoe 2. Did he even touch the ball in the first 30 minutes.

Thought the ref had a shocker as well. Suarez could easily have had 4 yellows. Some seriously dubious decisions as well.

Considering we played the match with 10 men and they played it with 12 didn't think we did too badly all things being considered.
