Tough to decide MoM for the right reasons.

Gazza 7- two good saves and distributed well

Foyth 8- was superb at right back

Sanchez 8 - another good performance and very rarely troubled.

Dier 8 - didn't play like an 8 but it's the composure he bought to the defence. It seemed more confident and he was there sweeping up when anything got past the midfield.

Rose 7 - good assist but didn't match up to Foyths performance.

Sissoko 7- should defence well but wasn't really pushed. Send more confident as demonstrated by significantly more forward passes

NDombele 9 - full on fcuking beast mode. His passing forward into dangerous spaces is amazing. Want afraid to get stuck in but showed he can create and track with purpose

Lo Celso 8.5 - very good full debut. Stuck in, tracked, passed, tried to take players on, great composure for the goal and just worked hard.

Alli 8 -he is slowly coming back, he is more and more moving around with purpose and getting more involved.

Son 8.5 - two great goals after a tough weekend and always a threat

Kane 8 - no goal but he didn't need to and adjusted his role according to the players running around him.

Subs
Sessegnon 8 - dangerous movement, hitting space, looks fcuking good

Eriksen 7 - scuffed goals and could have had two assists but his energy was lower than NDombele at the same time of game. That energy loss is pissing me off

Skipp 10- what a fcuking challenge for the yellow card.

I was so happy with the performance. The running was there, there were options and you could see Kane and Alli were happier. NDombele, Lo Celso and Alli could be one hell of a midfield trio with Sissoko behind them. It just seems more aggressive and dynamic than with CE in it

Aside from that one mistake Ndombele was absolute class, comfortably the best player on the pitch for me.

A couple of points for me were...
Sanchez just needed a run of games to get back to his previous best.
Dier could be the leader we are currently lacking.
Ndombele and Lo Celso are brilliant, clever footballers.
Foyth looked tidy.
Dele was getting some harsh criticism in the match thread but I didn't think he was too bad. His stats actually looked pretty good.
So happy for Sonny - he's a class act.

Great to see a good performance from Dier at centre back. Dier, Sanchez, Foyth need game time, they are our future. All three showed up well tonight.

Gazza 8 Couple of crucial saves.
Foyth 7 Not troubled. Used the ball well and got forward well.
Sanchez 7.5 Dominant and kept his concentration well.
Dier 7.5 Expected him to be rusty but he had a very strong game.
Rose 6.5 Nice assist but gave away a lot of possession needlessly
Sissoko 8 Machine mode.
Ndombele 8 Couple of dodgy moments but some sublime passes.
Dele 7 Bit off the pace but getting there slowly.
LoCelso 8.5 MOM. great debut. Fought hard and showed some real class. Plenty fit enough to start,
Kane 7.5 Couldn't get in on the action but certainly did his bit.
Son 8 Great comeback after a difficult week. Composed finishes.

Now we know what we've been missing. Hope Poch noticed.

Must mention Lo Celso though too. Busy, tenacious and plenty of guile. I like the nasty Argy streak in the team.

NDombele for me. Controlled the game in midfield. Confident player who has the touch to match. If he hasn’t settled in yet I can’t wait until he does. GLC the same but I NDombele gave him the platform.

Poch has always said that CB is Diers position, but Dier wanted DM probably he felt that was his way into england team. I actually think if he took Poch’s advice he could be a great CB for Spurs and England.

At the time CDM was probably best way to get into England team, now the best way to get back in is CB

The disguise only happened because it was deflected of a defender's shin. Good goal but you are giving him too much credit for being clever.

It was excellant, aimed for that part of the defenders leg and the ball scrambled in, underrated goal, world class in fact.

Gazza 8 - looking confident. Good saves.

Foyth 7.5

Sanchez 7.5

Dier 7.5

Rose 7

Sissoko 7

NDombele 8.5 - gets deducted half a point for that brain fart that should've cost us. Otherwise MoTM for me.

Lo Celso 8 - his first touch under pressure and ability to get out of pressure himself or with a precise pass is the direct opposite of Eriksen. Not to mention not being a complete pussy and gets stuck in. Needs to start so we can start gaining control over the midfield in games. With Eriksen at the moment we are playing with 10 men.

Alli 5.5 - assist aside, not impressed with him

Son 8 - two good goals.

Kane 7 - a bit off tonight, but fantastic through ball in the buildup to Son's second. So much more than a goalscorer.

Subs

Sessegnon 7 - direct, pacey - just what we needed.

Eriksen 3 - abysmal apart from the lucky goal. It would be comical if it wasn't so damn sad how bad he is these days. He can't even hit a 5 yard pass with conviction anymore. When passing his legs look like wet noodles, when he attempts a first touch it's like they've turned into sledgehammers. Bizarre really.

Skipp 6 - stupid tackle

Poch finally gets a lineup and tactics correct this season. Unfortunately I'm not optimistic he will do the right thing on Saturday.
