All it'll take is one goal from City and they'll score an absolute boatload

0-1

All it'll take is one goal from City and we'll fall apart

0-2

All it'll take is one goal from City and they'll be right back in this

0-3

All it'll take is one goal from City and they could still go on and win this.

And, yet, the goal never came, in no small part to Vic, who was outstanding and my MOTM.

P.S. I did actually relax at 0-4... :D

I did not see that result coming!
City have now lost their last 5 games, where we beat them twice. We are officially City's bogey team :)

I don't remember a game where there were so many candidates for MotM. Have it to Vicario but so many huge performances

For some reason this result probably pissed me off more than pleases me, being a Spurs fan really is frustrating.

As above, hard to single one out, but voted Maddison. Two brilliant goals and made his point superbly. Controlled the game for us.

Vic for me. He looked solid. Without him, could have easily been a real contest. I thought Madders was amazing.... Which really pissed me off cos it shows he can work hard off the ball too and he needs to do it more often

Between Kulusevski and Maddison for MOTM, but every player including the subs played their part (Bergvall forced the error which went to Werner for the fourth).

Davies all day long twice on a Sunday, maybe 3 times on a bank holiday. I hope MOTD singles him out because he was sheer class.

Maddison MOTM. But I’d give 9 out of 10 to Vic, Porro, Davies, Udogie, Biss, Kulu and Solanke as well, and 8s to everyone else. Just outstanding

Rewatching the game now, Walker has lost his pace, or is to busy looking up hookers on Fab swingers. He was shocking today.

Really hard gong to dole out for all the right reasons.

Kulu is nigh on unplayable these days. Keep it quiet. Right at the end when Foden tried to muscle in on a fifty-fifty. No mate, I don’t think so…

Sarr. Everywhere . Runs and runs, and these days runs soooo smooth.

Biss - maybe that yellow after 0.3 seconds was a good thing? Concentrated, disiplined, brave.

Vicario. Save after ridiculous save. Clean sheet. And caught a corner.

Solanke. Not so much on the ball today (but still got an assist) - but his off the ball work is the foundation of much of what we do.

Everyone else. 👏👏👏

But it has to go to Maddison. That round the back run and the left foot finish for his second goal was just 👌
