Yeah, our season definitely hinges on whether or not we're able to bring in an average rotation option. Had we signed him, I'm sure you'd be in the player thread bitching about how shit he is after one sub appearance.Well what a surprise. We will be 15th by the end of the window. And most definitely looking over our shoulders. Shambollic.
Given that it was said that it was now up to the player to decide on his options it's pretty clear they must have.I thought our offer was accepted by PSG?
Just day earlier it was the fact we didn't want an obligation to buy that was stumbing block....I personally doubt it was merely wages. Juve are a bigger more prestigious club than us and he’s going to be the main man up front there. It really is a simple choice for the lad. Good luck to him.
Yes of course we can. We are the best club in the history of the world. The only reason players turn us down is because of Levy.
Well if that's simple why have we waisted half the window trying to get him....so it appears anyway.
January is a difficult time but Ange obviously felt we were close to bringing in help for Dom.
Because it’s the job of his agents to
Get as many offers on the table for him to choose from.
Has it been confirmed that Muani was who we were after? It seems odd that Lange’s data driven approach would go for someone so for lack of a better word obvious.Well if that's simple why have we waisted half the window trying to get him....so it appears anyway.

Personally hope we don't have an alternative at all lined up, and we look to go in a different direction that better fits our needs.Well true, just hope we've a suitable alternative.

Perhaps he is a profile we were looking a for future, for when Richy leaves? However because he was available we brought it forward. Maybe we now jump back to a true RW.Personally hope we don't have an alternative at all lined up, and we look to go in a different direction that better fits our needs.
£200k AFTER tax? No way would we (or should we) pay ~£400k. Not for this guy anyway.
I agree with this but hopefully they're already lined upPersonally hope we don't have an alternative at all lined up, and we look to go in a different direction that better fits our needs.
I don't know which is the better/worse scenario tbh. That we were after him just because he is a quality player that we thought we could get on the cheap, or that he is the profile of player we really want and so went after him because he was the best fit for what we want to do and now we will have to go for a lesser version of that type.
Thats what was reported. Italys tax laws are different to ours so maybe 200k after tax to them is significantly less than we would need to pay.No way he’s on that much.
