Their appeal will drag on for months if not years. So the ban will be suspended until that's over, so no chance it can be relevant for this season, sadly.
I think from what legal eagles are saying, which is above my pay grade, they cannot let them stay in until case is heard. But who am o to know on this.

They should have their titles stripped the same way Juventus did, can't fucking stand the bunch of ****s and the reason for all the frustrations we can have with Enic that I'll always be grateful we have them as owners and not some sportswashing twats.

Trying to find a good article on it. What exactly did they do? UEFA had a few hacked emails?

Come on we all know what will happen...

We’ll finish 5th, think we’ve got CL then City will appeal and their ban will be overturned.

it’s what we do

It's always been there for the taking, even more so now. 13 games left, we don't have to play City or Liverpool again. Our only remaining away days against top half teams are Chelsea and Blades. It sets up about as nice as possible.

As much as I expect Leicester to remain in the top4 id like to see them lose tonight just to turn up the heat on them even a little.

Any league points deduction needs to be from next season as the title race for this season is already over

Shouldn't be getting excited just yet. Not yet convinced we are better than one of Sheffield United, Wolves and Chelsea. And that's ruling United and perhaps even Everton out of the equation.

What it will most definitely mean is that any sort of European football is highly likely for us.

With City, if we do finish 5th, put your mortgage on them being reinstated at the last minute.

There’s very few clubs that are a bigger basket case club than City. We are one though. If someone is getting dealt a poor hand, we will pop up at the last minute with a worse one somehow!

Surely the Premier League now needs to punish them too. They simply cannot be allowed to get away with what they have done, everyone knew what they were up to and it has allowed them to spend what they have without due scrutiny.

The integrity of the sport is firmly at stake and - I can’t believe I’m saying this - but well done UEFA for doing this. Premier League need to dock them points and hand them a big fine.

I'm pretty sure the top four places in the premier league qualify for the CL if City are one of those four they qualify then the ban hits and they are not in it there's no reason why they should then allow another side to take their place as I see it.

Believe the ban and any points deduction when I see it

Even if the ban is upheld, fully expect the Premier League to bottle it and deduct them points this season which would mean fuck all. Ideally they’d deduct them points next season. I’m talking a solid 15+ points too.

It’s up to the powers that be over here to determine how our four places are given out. In theory can’t they decide that 3rd, 8th and 14th qualify along with the winners?
