After the Chelsea match, you’ve got to say that we’ve played every decent side this season away from home. Probably Bramall Lane is our only really tough looking away game left.

Based on my conservative predictor (did all the top halves remaining games) we come 4th by 1 point, that was before the match tonight which I predicted a draw in, so it's actually by 2 points now.

Tonight's result also means so far I have a 0% success rate in predicting outcomes.

Basically it was a waste of time and means fuck all.

I know that this won't happen, but is there any rule that might force a demotion like Juventus when they got sent down for Calciopoli? Wouldn't it be lovely to see them sent down to league 2 and probably fold/turn into portsmouth
The Premier League are making their own investigations, where I understand if found culpable of this as well, Man City could be demoted as far down as League 1

@LeParisien just in case you thought I was hoping for them to go down because of your optimistic rating, I was not not implying that, I was just merely stating what I heard from the media.

Thanks for saving me from filling all the scores in. I have the same affliction as you, I’m useless at predicting results!

You know it’s 3 points for a win, right?

By winning against your predicted draw, we would have 2 more points - so qualify by 3.

Man U would have 2 more, not us, Chelsea would have 1 less, so unless Man U were level on points with Chelsea in his prediction we would qualify by 2. If Man U were level it would come down to gd between them and us

Even if we win all of our remaining games and Liverpool lose all theirs (whilst making up a 37 GD deficit), we would be on level points and win the title.

There's still hope!

The big challenge now is that we are competing in three competitions with a quite limited competative squad. When it comes to our DMs it is possible to do some rotations, but our squad leaves Mourinho with not much choice but to stick with the attack and defense line he usually starts with. We are in the race for top 4 (but hopefully a 5th place could be enough), we are obviously going for the FA-trophy (which is great), and we are off course trying and preparing for a good run in CL.

And yet we’ve only ever won once at Stamford Bridge since 1990, so you’re gonna say it’s not one of our more traditionally tricky fixtures?
But this isn't the Chelsea of old who went so long unbeaten at the Bridge. They struggle when they get frustrated now. We must not concede early. Either keep them out or score ourselves. Get the crowd angsty and see how they react. Traditionally tricky? Yes. But, times have changed and so have the two sides. We're picking up wins when not playing well, while they're dropping points. No doubt they'll be up for it, however it certainly is more winnable for us than it has been previously.

Chelsea could be in relegation form and you know they’d still turn it on against us. I can’t see this weekend being any different.
