Didn't Bill Nick, cite a quote that sort of echoes that feeling.............“It is better to fail aiming high than to succeed aiming low. And we of Spurs have set our sights very high, so high in fact that even failure will have in it an echo of glory.”
Nah nothing like it mate.

I can’t see much rotation now. Poch will pick the best 11 he can, at that moment, for each match.

Naturally this will see different line ups for each game, but will depend how players recover from the previous match.

To try to ‘choose’ which is more important (Top 4 or CL) is ridiculous.

Personally I would take a Champions League win and a 6th place finish EVEN if that meant were not in CL next year.

To win the CL. HAHAHAHA that is just beyond our wildest dreams. It’s just not even a question for me.

I think we need to stop worrying.

Our form wobble, imo, was directly linked to 3 things that are no longer relevant

1) An unfit Kane coming back too soon
2) Poor attendances and atmosphere at Wembley
3) Having to play Lolerpool and Shitty away and losing both, quite unluckily.

The 3 below us have been appalling and are only skiffing around because of the above. Which is totally irrelevant now.

We'll better Brighton tonight. We'll beat West Ham. We'll beat Bournemouth. Everton could be tricky but it shouldn't matter.
This is why we shouldn’t get ahead of ourselves, yes we won but could have easily been very different

What a massive goal that was in our season.

Draw and the pressure becomes huge. Those three points mean that we could draw our remaining three games and still finish third, let alone top four.

It’s still very close, but I think one more win will be enough.

With the right results, we could effectively be assured of a CL spot this weekend.

Win v. West Ham puts us on 73

United lose to City, and beat Chelsea - puts both teams max at 73 - it would come down to Goal Differential where we have a pretty safe lead.

Might need to start adding goal difference into these lists as well (y)

It might be Spam's cup final on Saturday, but we should also treat it as such; chance to qualify for the CL if we win and other results go our way.

Gonna be tough to see out wins now in those final three given our depleted squad and SFs coming up. Hopefully Bournemouth will be on the beach, Everton too... WH will be well up for it the pathetic shithouses.
