Honestly I was against it. But you can feel the mood changing. Hopefully by June 17th we will have a bit more freedom and it will feel right time.

Wonder what the odds are on the season then finishing on 18th June, as all teams will have played same number of matches.
Avg points per game can then be applied on even field...

Let's hope pool don't win the 2 games they need and manage to not win the title. That would be even better than not winning the title because of COVID to be fair

Independent saying we are playing Man Utd on Friday June 19th, not officially released yet though, so cannot confirm.

The lack of atmosphere is an advantage to Arsenal though, they're going to feel like they're at the Emirates every week!

Cricket has decided it's safe for them to come back August at the earliest. I guess money talks.

Yep, those rich middle class cricketers are going to let the working class footballers be the test dummies.

It’s like Titanic all over again. If Celine Dion starts singing I am going to be pissed.

Sorry, but lost all interest in football at the moment, sensible thing would have been cancel the season and start next season on time, but money talks, so fans don’t count...

That is only domestic Cricket.
County Cricket is not financially viable to come back until August. It is only international cricket that would make money without crowds, that is why, nothing to do about it being safe, they could and would make it safe if was viable.
Counties may take their players off furlough for a month and play a month of one dayer's or T20s for TV, but that is just about all they can do financially.
Centrally contracted players are in organised training, and England plan to restart International Cricket on 8th July against West Indies as per the international cricket calendar, assuming travel restrictions allow it.

Not all the fans want the season to be a right off though but your right the FA are blatantly pushing this for financial reasons

That's interesting because I had a dream last night that we were playing United in the first game back at home. There were about 1000 fans behind each goal, our fans in the south stand and United fans in the north.

We took the lead just before half time through Kane with a Toby at Villa esque goal at the south stand so was celebrating with our fans.

I woke up while it was half time though unfortunately.

Mine was somewhat normal in comparison to yours.

We blatantly went on to lose in the second half so you had a right touch waking up.

Just wondering if anyone can give me an answer to this but apparently that blonde nonce said people can meet in groups of 6 as of Monday.

Does this mean Arsenal will be allowed to play at full capacity? Can’t see how that would be fair.

This year is now ruined. Really hoped to see the title snatched away from Liverpool.
Next best thing is no one there to see it, no parade and not being able to throw a rager. Did you really win a title if you no one sees it and you cant celebrate?
