It shows how far we've fallen that we are relying on coronavirus to get back into the cl!

It wont matter if we do, as long as Jose is manager we are buggered! I would happily do without a season in the cl if it meant we got rid of Jose. I cannot watch another minute of his awful, outdated and negative tactics.

The fairest thing is to void the season. Nothing has been won or lost yet. As unfair as it might seem, especially for pool, teams would quite rightly have grounds for court action if they were denied the chance to get promoted, qualify for europe etc.

Who is to say that we wont catch Chelsea etc

Vote with your feet. Stop attending and buying club merch.

I don't see how this is the most fair option? Leeds/WBA will lose out on millions, likewise a club like Sheffield United who are on course to finish in a European spot. Liverpool's incredible season will count for nothing which although is "funny" is not fair.

Likewise ending the season now on the current points tally also isn't fair on those fighting relegation.

The only scenario which is "fair" is to finish the season but that comes with it's own complications in terms of next season, transfers windows, pre-season etc. There's also the added complication of not knowing when we can resume the season.

It's a cluster fuck but let's not forget there's more important things to worry about than football at this time.

Out of all the scenarios voiding is probably the most fair option, at the end of the day someone is gonna miss out on millions either way.

You can't win anything until all games are played, if all games can't be played then the season is void! It's like saying I won the Euro millions because I get the fist 3 numbers!

The only fair was, as you said is to finish the season but that doesn't look like it will be a viable option right now.

but both of them aren't guaranteed yet, and both have already had a massive wobble hence being only 7pts clear of the chasing pack. if they were 1 or 2 wins away I'd understand.

in all 4 leagues, nothing is mathematically sorted yet, the closest to being done is Bolton at the bottom of league 1

The simple question is what’s fairer than voiding the season? The 22 team league is crazy because I’m sure the rest of the Championship top half would have something to say about that and rightly so. Giving a team something that they have not mathematically achieved is completely unjust.

Fair means fair to everyone; equally. Can’t be more fair to Liverpool and Leeds just because they are currently in the lead.

Luckily our official twitter is not doing that Tic Tac Toe battle ....

If we had, you just know Mourinho's tactics would have looked something like this.

I can't see how they can finish the season. If they don't I do not see how they can give Liverpool the title either as it is not mathematically won (unless Man City concede to them which would be the honourable thing to do).

Talk that Liverpool will be given title and Weat Brom and Leeds promoted to make it a 22 team league, next season 4 relegated and 2 promoted to get back to 20 teams.

Fuck knows what will happen with European qualification

TBH it feels a bit warm and familiar... I remember the days hoping for no bookings in the last couple of matches of the season... Europe via the fair play league... Halcyon days

Only precedent is the Chilean league which was suspended last November , Universidad Católica were declared winners and champions, there was no promotion or relegation for that season.
