Don't think any of the top three have tbf, they've been very quiet.
I expect Arsenal may be careful to avoid PSR issues I honestly thought they’d leave the defence alone though and spend the budget on Isak. Arteta seems to like lean squads so I’m hopeful they will sell a player too many and get stung by injuries. Merino is a good signing for them mind and wouldn’t surprise me if they go for a top class winger.

I think Liverpool will bring one or two in but they have an excellent squad already.

I have a feeling Palmer may have a more low key season this time around.

A lot more Clubs will be setting up to stop him.

Much more difficult when City have several of that type of quality to stop.

I don't think Chelsea have looked all that bad. A bit like UTD, they've got enough quality players in their ranks that they will look decent and cause trouble no matter who the coach is.

Doku is a weird one because he's so bloody dangerous but wasteful.

I know City have the best players in the world but it’s remarkable how Pep keeps them hungry. What makes him and Klopp elite is their management on top of their coaching. Very SAF esque.

Thats what Doku can do
I just think it’s crazy some are writing off a 22 year old who already looks as dangerous as he does. Yes he needs to improve his final ball and decision making but he has a lot of potential and can already be very effective. He might never be world class but he can still be an excellent player. I mean he’s a year younger than Johnson who is also still very raw in many ways.

I realise they'll probably buy Osimhen the moment I post this, but it's quite incredible how Chelsea have bought 73 wide players and still don't have a reliable striker.

Pretty sure City treated that like a training match. Only made one sub and that was because of a niggle.
