The problem the big clubs have today is that the smaller clubs have enough money to either hold on to their best players or demand so silly money that the big clubs back out

When Bournemouth have more revenue than AC Milan, that's what happens. And that's why the PL, Spurs aside, has been terrific this season. Every club has at least one superb player.

Was anyone even aware of who Sasa Lukic was before this season? I'd never heard of him and he's 28 years old. It seems odd such a good player was playing in Serie A and somehow was missed by their big teams and ended up at Fulham. Also we should have signed Sander Berge years ago.

I never thought Derby's record would be broken but Saints are doing a bloody good job trying.
