This has guaranteed Liverpool the league title this year. Better them than the scum I guess.

Given his fairly questionable decision-making, it brings into doubt how fair he is when doing his job.

I get it is a job being a referee and many are professionals, but when rule interpretations in the game are so subjective, you need the refs to be as unbiased as possible. This raises the doubt levels significantly to the point you can't trust him at all.
He’s voicing an opinion about an individual which he is entitled to do. If one accepts he is a professional that shouldn’t prevent him from referring games involving that person’s team. Referees don’t have to like every manager or player. Most people work with people they don’t like . It doesn’t mean they don’t do their job professionally. To me this whole thing is a mountain made out of a mole hill and the modern eras love for vigilante justice via social media.

Ironic isn't it.

Managers and players verbally abuse referees week in week out with little repercussions.

Ref abuses a manager behind closed doors in (seemingly) friendly company and his career is likely ruined.

Assuming it isn't some AI thing. As they can be really convincing. It's another knob permitting himself to be filmed saying things that would obviously land him in hot water should it be made public.

Needs to assess who his friends are or the company he keeps.

But if not, There's no honour amongst friends it seems. For clicks and likes. Makes me sick.

If it is AI. Then this could be a test case at civil law for damages against who made it?

The conspiracy is in full flow.

Liverpool mate;

He reffed the game Sunday and he wouldn't have given us anything for the foul on Salah if he hadn't played advantage and Nunez scored.

I think if a manager or player called a ref a ‘see you next Tuesday’ there could well be repercussions

He’s obviously in the wrong, there’s no arguing for him surely? Even if the expletives weren’t there then his impartiality would be under question but the fact he called him a German **** is surely way past the line.

Not sure he’s wrong though. Time and time again ref’s have shown they’re incompetent, if you add a bit of a biased subconscious into the mix there’s going to be bad decisions.

What if he thinks that about most of the managers? He was only asked about Klopp and Liverpool. I can only imagine what some refs think of Jose.

I get that and normally would fully agree, but this is football and at its heart it is pure tribalism. People don't think. That sort of mentality of "they are a professional" doesn't cut it, because people are crazy!

I’m certain he makes a cock up in every game he officiates.

Something weird is going on though, who leaked it and why? When I watched it at first I thought it a fake I must say, his lips looked to be moving weirdly.
That'll be the cocaine...

Bit more than clicks. Someone has made a lot of money. It’s a great story for the press.
It just had to be Liverpool . The eternal victims. They will be wallowing in it.

If he’d been as anti-Liverpool as they claim, he’d have awarded Villa a penalty for the blatant shirt-pull in the box.
