Palace are gonna be completely different without Conor Gallagher in the middle of the pitch.

Huge miss

Jesus looks good so far.
Yep.

Some can kid ourselves on here that he's overrated but he's a bona-fide upgrade in their attack no questions about it.

It'll be squad depth that will be Arsenal's undoing this season you feel.

As for Palace, I can't see how they improve on last season's performance as Gallagher is such a miss for them in the middle.

Yeah was thinking the same thing. They look worryingly good when they have their first 11 fit and the pressure is off, but our bench is leagues ahead.

Arsenal moving the ball quickly while supporting quite well. Acres of space for them which is dangerous if you are attempting to close down Jesus.

Fuck me, the way some of you are going on you’d think this Jesus fella could walk on water.

Shame this match isn’t on a cold winter’s night. Perfect conditions for the scum and their fair weather players

And in a season where Arsenal are back in Europe and with a WC to contend with, managing to get this XI out more weeks than most and not be too fatigued is going to be a huge ask of Arteta.

They were good last season when they had their tails up. Question is how they handle it when the pressure is on and things aren't going their way.

Jesus would actually have been a great signing for us tbh. can cover both striker and out wide.
He's a perfect fit for Arsenal and would be a nice sub/option for us.

That's not disrespecting him but just circumstances here with Kane clear in front and not operating the same tactics as Arsenal.

I've always liked him and was raving about him when he broke through at Palmeiras.

But his time at City dampened taht, especially after his first season. The last 2 or 3 years he's been very wasteful and it doesn't help that he seems to let things effect him easily.

Maybe being the main man and playing every week will help him go up a level but he certainly didn't live up to the early hype at City for most of the time.
